Lisburn Aftercare Service

A free service provided for up to six weeks following hospital discharge and tailored to meet the user's changing needs as their condition improves.

 

Dunmurry Safe & Well Scheme

A pilot scheme in the Dunmurry area offering help with everyday activities.
